What is your refund policy?

Section 6 of our Sale Terms details all the information on our return policy, reasons accepted for a return, how to make a return, etc.
A RAN (return Authorisation number) must be issued before you can return any item.
- NEHOCdirect will refuse any item returned without a RAN.
- A RAN ensures your issues is resolved quickly

You can return any product within 30 Days where it's defective or damaged.
- We will exchange for incorrectly ordered items within 30 days.
- We do not refund for change of mind purchases.
- All items must be new, unused and in original packaging unless item is faulty/ defective.

To start the return process and obtain a RAN:
Step 1: Log Into the Members homepage
Step 2: Complete a Members Support Form (Under Order Details select 'Contact us about your order')
Step 3: Complete Your Details (should automatically complete as you will be logged in)
Step 4: Advise the Reason
Step 5: Enter Invoice Number or Order ID
Step 6: Provide as much information as possible - the more you provide the faster we ca help you
Step 7: Advise your desired action
Step 8: Enter the word verification and submit the form

When your form is submitted it's sent straight to one of our staff and a case opened. A RAN (Return Authorisation number) will be issued for any return. The process of for returning are all detailed in the e-mail sent to you.
