Free Freight Option

Where an order qualifies for free delivery, the Free Delivery Option will appear in the drop down 'Shipping Menu' in the Shopping Cart.
We recommend using the 'Free Economy Delivery - Insured' option - more . . .
Free delivery does not apply to Members Specials, Clearance, Sale Items or where marked on product pages.

NEHOCdirect offer Free Economy Delivery for orders over $100 in Australia under 10Kg in weight, and Free Economy Airmail for orders over $150 other countries under 2Kg in weight.
Free economy delivery is available for clothing orders over $250 in Australia only, all other countries shipping costs apply.
Value excludes GST, tax, or additional costs.

Where free delivery does not appear and your order is over the minimum value, your order may contain a mix or item's that do/ do not qualify
Example: Orders containing over $150 of items however under $250 of wholesale clothing = free delivery will not apply.
- To receive Free Delivery, split the order into clothing and all other items and place 2 separate orders.

Shipping Zones

NEHOCdirect ship all over Australia and the world daily using a variety of Australia Post services by road and air. Services are divided into zones, as some services are not available to specific countries, or where express delivery is not available. We will also use your own nominated courier or shipper if required.

Economy Delivery

Speed of dispatch: 1-3 Days from warehouse

We offer economy non-trackable delivery options as a low cost convenience, however they are not NEHOCdirects recommended method of shipping, as should your order be lost or stolen, we will not offer a replacement, ship a replacement order or issue a refund until after confirmation the order has been lost (or location of the original parcel) by official Australia Post report (up to 4 weeks).
   

Standard Delivery

Trackable: No (no insurance option available). See notes below.
Insured: Limited (replacement sent if parcel lost, no compensation available)
Speed of dispatch: 1-2 Days from warehouse. Priority Dispatch - order packed before all Economy orders.
   

Express/ Fastway Couriers

Trackable: Live Internet Tracking
Insured: Up to $1500 at no additional charge. (replacement sent if parcel lost, no compensation available)
Speed of dispatch: Same or Next Day from warehouse. Priority Dispatch - order packed before all Economy and Standard orders.
Re-delivery: Some locations/ services only.
Request a re-delivery online to the same, or new, address.
- Do not use this option unless a card has been left as it will delay your original delivery

Fastway Authority To Leave:
All deliveries will have attached to their order an ATL (Authority To Leave) notice, so the courier can make delivery to premises on the first occasion.
You may opt out of this service, whereby if you are unavailable at time of delivery a card will be left for collection (or re-delivery where this service is available).
It is the customers responsibility to organise the collection/ re-delivery of the order.
ATL enables the courier to leave the delivery without Proof of Delivery (POD) signature. In such cases, customers may nominate a confidential place to leave goods via the Delivery Instructions Box in the checkout.
Once delivery has been made the responsibility and condition of goods is immediately transferred to the customer. For all special requests, any redelivery fees incurred will be borne by and charged to the customer at the exact rate charged by the particular courier hired by NEHOCdirect.
ATL does not effect the customers ability to claim against NEHOCdirect for order shortages or incorrect items supplied. See Section 5 of the Sale Terms for time limits using ATL deliveries.
Any claims for damage during cartage with ATL must be made directly against the courier, not with NEHOCdirect.

Note on Non-Insured/ Non-Trackable Deliveries

Where the customer selects a non-trackable delivery option, in the unlikely event an order is suspected as lost, stolen or delayed, it is the customers responsibility to confirm the non-delivery of the order to NEHOCdirect by way of written notice within fourteen (14) days of notice of dispatch from NEHOCdirect.
Where no form of tracking, registration or insurance was requested by the customer on submitting the order, the customer acknowledges that whilst NEHOCdirect will assist where possible, it is the customers responsibility to prove to NEHOCdirect in writing a missing or delayed delivery.

Where an Order contains a tracking number, is registered or insured on dispatch, NEHOCdirect shall act on the customers behalf to locate/ recover the order and any associated costs to replace the original Order within a reasonable time frame. NEHOCdirect at it's decision may ship a replacement Order prior to the original Order being located.


 

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All our products are warranted against faulty manufacture and are backed by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of your purchased items you can return them for a refund, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of the original order date. If returning a product under the terms of this guarantee, please be sure to advise us via the Order Support Form within 30 days of the date of your order. All products returned MUST be 'as new' condition, 100 percent complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. No seals, labels or tags must be removed or tampered. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. NEHOCdirect reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in 'as new' condition.

 

NEHOCdirect Returns Policy

Any return for replacement, exchange, repair, refund or service must be accompanied with a Return Authorisatioin Number (RAN). Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.
We will e-mail you the RAN along with details on how to return any item and the required documentation (invoice, order copy, etc) that is required.

RAN requests can be made via the Order Support Form.

Returning non-faulty items
Should you change your mind about the the product you have purchased outside the 30 Day Satisfaction Warranty, NEHOCdirect will need to charge a 15% restocking fee. This is 15% of the purchase value of any items returned. In all such cases the returned items must be in 'as new' condition as outlined in our '30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee' in order to be considered for return under this guarantee. Additionally, for any such return, NEHOCdirect is unable to refund any postage costs, whether from the original order or from costs incurred through returning the item to us. We reserve the right to refuse refund, exchange or credit for any item returned outside of the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Free Gifts from NEHOCdirect
Every so often, NEHOCdirect likes to give their valued customers a Free Gift with their purchase. This is one of the ways we say thank you for shopping with us. The Free Gifts are always of high build quality and manufacturing specification. However, on rare occasions the Free Gift may break or cease to operate within its designed parameters before its manufacturers warranty has expired. Unfortunately we do not provide any kind of warranty or guarantee with our Free Gifts and cannot replace, issue a refund for, or provide credit for any Free Gift that is malfunctioning or is damaged under any circumstances.
In some cases our Free Gifts are also available for purchase, for those who would like to buy more of them. In these cases where the item was originally purchased, the product's normal warranty will apply. In all such cases the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase before a warranty claim will be considered.
